Set of 8 adjustable rocker arm nuts. This design has a Allen head set screw that you need to tighten after the proper valve adjustment has been made. Make sure that you have proper clearance under the valve cover before tightening down the valve cover. In some cases, the steel plate under the screens may need to be slightly dimpled to avoid contact with the Allen head set screw(s).
